Here is a tutorial (Links) for you showing how to use c4d project. You can turn off or change the de directions of the connection lines,modify starting point and reach other points. If you don’t change camera animation, just render lines and replace it in AE Template.
If you make a new camera animation, new connectting lines, you have to render the C4D scene.
