Each clock does a 12 hour cycle in 12 seconds. It’s very easy to adjust its duration with Time Remapping effect.

Also, you can change colors with Saturation/Hue effect.

All 6 clock files are rendered as Quicktime video files with transparent background, PNG + Alpha. So, you just have to place it over your footage.

They are rendered in 1k, 1080×1080. So, you can reduce them or zoom them without problems.
