Amasra Castle is a castle in the Amasra district of Bartın. It was written about the Romans and was later restored by the Byzantines, Genoese, and Ottomans. It consists of two parts, Sormagir Castle and Zindan Castle. UNESCO added the castle to the World Heritage Tentative List in 2013.
