General Paz Avenue is a 24.3 km long highway in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Its route begins on Avenida Lugones near the Río de la Plata and ends at the Puente de la Noria over the Matanza-Riachuelo River, constituting to a large extent the limit between the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires. It continues to the southeast of the La Noria bridge with the popular name of Camino Negro, which is another highway. It is used mainly as an access road to the City of Buenos Aires by the inhabitants of the north and west of Greater Buenos Aires, and by vehicles traveling to and from the north and west of the country.
