One thing you must know if you’re using CS6 or CC. Because of an issue with how AE was updated the continuous rasterization doesn’t work properly. That means that you will not be able to use the blurred background effect (everything else will look the same).

• adding your text it’s more easy because of the project structure
• the project is logical organize and named (every layer has a descriptive name)
• I tried to make as simple as possible and because of this I think it works almost with every kind of footage
