tip: to use the Motion template as a transition put it on the timeline, cut it at the point that the light is stronger, put the 2 parts in the upper track, put the trimmed clip to that time you want to use bellow them, cut it at the point where the template was, open each part of the template on the viewer window and drop the clips bellow each one to the drop zones.
