I’ve used OF and Particular plugins but….. If you don’t have Optical Flares and Particular plugins, don’t worry ! You can always use project with prerendered compositions. However, there is also project with OF & Particular parameters, so you can play as you wish…. You can change blending modes and opacity of text layers, so you can make it more/less vissible….
