Due to the geographical structure of the houses in the Eastern Black Sea Region, they are generally located on the slopes, scattered, often in groups of a few houses within the family, and sometimes at a distance of one or two kilometers from each other. The exterior facades of the houses, which were built using the filling-eye technique between wood, were emphasized in terms of decoration and architecture. The houses are generally built on two floors above the basement, in accordance with the slope of the slopes. The basement was used as a barn. Generally, the stables have entrances from both sides of the house.
