In the frame we can see wood desk and white tablet (touch pad) on it. Tablet is with green screen for making mock up. You can replace that green screen on display with any other footage or picture you like. Use “Keying” effect in After Effects for inserting the footage.

In the shot you can also see two hands on the table and man doing gestures with his fngers while touching and swiping through the screen.
