To explore the root growth rapeseed ear (Brassica napu) with seed was placed in a rhizobox filled with the dirt. Rhizobox was inclined under 45 degrees for positioning of the growing roots closer to the lower wall in response to gravity. Rapeseeds was grown in rhizobox for 12 days.
