You have five placeholders for text. The font you can download from: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/TeX-Gyre-Adventor You can simply change the style and look of the text, were standard AE filters used to make the look.
If you use the project with rendered footage you can with use of the Hue/Saturation filter change the colors of the single elements.
The sound mix is made with sounds from www.freesound.org Feel free to contact me for info about the sounds and the sound mix.
