HOW TO INSTALL THE PRESETS:

Copy the folder “Shape Transitions Presets” and paste it into the “presets” folder in your after effects application folder.

The animation presets that are installed with After Effects are in the Presets folder located in the Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS4\Support Files (Windows) or Applications/Adobe After Effects CS4 (Mac OS) folder. Animation presets that you create are saved by default in the Presets folder located in My Documents\Adobe\After Effects CS4 (Windows) or Documents/Adobe/After Effects CS4 (Mac OS).

HOW TO USE THEM:

Create a new shape layer. Drag and drop the preset on your shape layer from the “Effects and Presets” panel.

DOUBLE PRESETS:

Double presets are used in text transitions. Put them (on shape layers) up and down from the text that you want to fade out.
