Lake Streshno is located in the Senno district of the Vitebsk region, 43 km north-east of Senno, about 0.7 km north-west of the village Shchitovka and belongs to the basin of the Luchesa (left tributary of the Zap. Dvina river). The Vitebsk-Orsha highway passes by the lake. The terrain is predominantly flat, in places hilly-ridged, mostly overgrown with forest and bushes, in places swampy. The surrounding forests are rich in various berries and mushrooms. The shores are predominantly elevated, sandy, overgrown with bushes and woodlands, in places with forest.
